Policy & Etiquette


If you are a new client, printing the following forms, filling them in, and bringing them with you on the day of your appointment will save you time.  &


Appointments may be made by phone only. We recommend scheduling an appointment in advance. Walk in massages will be done if a therapist is available. Scheduling an appointment with the therapist upon departure of current appointment will virtually ensure that the time and day you prefer for next appointment is available.

Day of Appointment

We suggest that you arrive fifteen minutes in advance, either to fill out health history information forms or just to relax prior to your massage. It would greatly be appreciated if you are on time. When a client is late for an appointment our therapist will extend the scheduled service time if time is available. Client will be responsible for the full service fee.

Cancellation policy:
24 hour notice of cancellation is required. If 24 hour notice is not given, the client will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.

Other Policies

Please Mute your phone upon entering the facility.

No persons other than the client & therapist are to be the room where the massage is being performed, other than the exception of children below 18, where parents wish to be present during the massage.

For your benefit, please make other arrangements for your children for the time you are receiving your massage. Massage for children under the age of 18 requires signed consent from the parent or legal guardian.

The Massage Room accepts cash, personal checks, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover cards. Please note, a $25 fee will be charged for any checks that are returned. Fees must be paid in full prior to your next appointment.

Our greatest gift is your repeat business. We also benefit from your referrals. If you choose to leave a gratuity for your therapist, please feel free to give it directly to him/her.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. This includes, but is not limited to, anyone requesting treatment or services outside our scope of service. We will exercise this right if anyone arrives for their appointment under the influence of alcohol, recreational drugs, exhibits inappropriate behavior, or does not meet the means of standard cleanliness. We reserve the right to charge for the full session, whether or not the service was rendered.

Although we have a very safe and secure environment, we cannot be responsible for lost or damage to your personal possessions. Please keep all belongings with you during your session.
